With over 15 years of leadership experience and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, I bring deep expertise and boots on the ground leadership experience to each engagement. As an organizational psychologist I have deep expertise in behavioral change. I leverage evidence-based practices to drive real change for my clients. No fluff here!

My industry experience sets me apart. My career spans diverse industries, from healthcare and retail to professional sports, including a groundbreaking role as the first Vice President, Organizational Performance in the NFL. In my role at the Arizona Cardinals, I have the privilege of coaching some of the top leaders in the professional sports industry, and now with my external practice, I have a select number of spots available to work with outside clients.

I’ve put in the work to provide the highest level of expertise to my clients. I am an Executive, Team, and Group coach, who has worked with hundreds of leaders. I hold the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and I am a Certified Executive Coach through the Center of Executive Coaching.

My passion for coaching began early in my career, where I spent 10+ years coaching and developing leaders as a VP at Macy’s Department Stores. That passion has only deepened over the past five years as an executive coach and consultant, where I find immense joy in helping driven individuals explore and accelerate their progress. I’ve coached all levels of leadership from emerging leaders to the C-Suite.
